When will my order be delivered?
Order before 23:59 on a business day? Then your order arrives the next business day in the Netherlands and Belgium, provided the item is in stock and the carrier (PostNL/DHL) collects on time. For other EU countries we generally count 2-4 business days.
Can I exchange a size?
Yes. Register your return within 14 days of receipt and then place a new order for the correct size if needed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You pay securely via Stripe. Supported payment methods may vary by country and are shown during checkout.
Do I get track & trace?
Yes. As soon as your parcel is registered with the carrier you'll receive a shipping confirmation with track & trace.
Are all sizes available immediately?
The product page shows the current stock per size. Sizes that are out of stock cannot be ordered.
