14-day cooling-off period

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have a further 14 days to return your product.

Return conditions

• The product must be unworn and in its original packaging
• The labels must still be attached to the product
• No signs of use or odours

Costs

The cost of return shipping is at your own expense, unless the product is defective or does not match the order.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return, we refund the purchase amount within 14 days to the same payment account.
