Order before 23:59 on a business day? Then your order arrives the next business day in the Netherlands and Belgium, provided the item is in stock and the carrier (PostNL/DHL) collects on time. For other EU countries we generally count 2–4 business days.

The carrier will try to deliver your parcel to the neighbours. If that's not possible, the parcel will be delivered to a nearby pickup point.
